Design

Instead of being overwhelmed by hundreds of decisions, an interior designer will guide you through each one, with the experience and big-picture understanding you need. We’ll even make the appointments with vetted suppliers we know and trust, where you’ll get access to an unlimited selection of custom options. Choose every detail of your new home, then leave it to us to order and schedule everything without going over time or budget.

Build

From foundations to finishing touches, Frank R. Jenkins Custom Homes are built by a trusted team of contractors that collaborate to keep your construction on time. When you have questions, you’ll get real answer directly from your dedicated onsite supervisor or Frank Jenkins himself, not a project manager that drives by your property once a day.

When my wife and I were about to retire we had a well known architect design a totally custom, contemporary home. We were living in Chicago at that time but had bought a lot in Gulf Harbour in Fort Myers. We began interviewing builders and had interviewed several when we got a call from Frank Jenkins who said he would like to talk to us.
