  • Finalize and review the plan details before construction begins.  

2. Design Planning

  • While our team is developing your custom home, our design team will walk you through your decisions.  
  • We’ll make appointments with trusted and vetted suppliers, where you’ll get an unlimited selection of custom options.  
  • You’ll choose every detail of your new home, then leave it to us to order and schedule everything without going over time or budget. 
  • Our design team will provide as much or as little insight as you desire.  

3. Building Your Dream Home

  • From foundations to finishing touches, Frank R. Jenkins Custom Homes are built by a trusted team of contractors that collaborate to keep your construction on time. 
  • When you have questions, you’ll get real answer directly from your dedicated onsite supervisor or Frank Jenkins himself, not a project manager that drives by your property once a day.
