Originally from Puerto Rico, Villamil grew up in New York and moved to Southwest Florida in 2004. A licensed Realtor, she has more than 12 years experience in the real estate and custom home building industry. She earned her associate’s degree from Central Bible College in Springfield, Missouri.

Villamil is passionate about saving local wildlife and regularly volunteers at the Clinic for the Rehabilitation of Wildlife on Sanibel (CROW).
